Terms & Conditions
Who we are and how we work

Steal's Deals LLC ("Steal's Deals," "we," "us") is a travel planning business owned by Leslie Wilfong and operating as an independent contractor hosted by Outside Agents.

These terms apply to everyone who requests quotes, pays fees, or books travel through us ("you" or "Client"). By booking with us or paying any fee, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your travel party.

We are a booking agent, not a travel provider. Cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other companies ("Suppliers") provide the actual travel services. Each Supplier is an independent business that we do not own, operate, or control.

Steal's Deals LLC is registered as a Florida Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST15578, California Seller of Travel (CST): 2090937-50 (Registered Affiliate, Washington Seller of Travel (UBID): 603189022

1. Booking with us

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The person who books is financially responsible for the whole reservation, including travelers booked on their behalf.
  • You agree that the names, birth dates, contact details, and other information you give us are accurate and match each traveler's ID.
  • Every booking is also governed by the Supplier's own terms (for example, Disney Cruise Line's or Royal Caribbean's cruise contract). By booking, you agree to those terms as well. We will point you to them on request.
  • We are not responsible for anything you book on your own, outside of Steal's Deals, even if it connects to a trip we planned (flights, hotels, excursions, insurance, or rentals).

2. Planning and service fees

Most of our services are free to you because Suppliers pay us a commission. Some services carry a planning fee, which we will always tell you about in writing before you pay.

Service Fees

Planning fees pay for our time and expertise. They are earned when paid and are non-refundable, including if you cancel, change your plans, or book elsewhere.

3. Payments and chargebacks

  • You authorize us to use the payment method you provide to pay deposits, final payments, and other charges to Suppliers for the travel you approved. In most cases the Supplier, not Steal's Deals, charges your card directly.
  • Deposit amounts and final payment due dates are set by each Supplier. We will tell you these dates, but you are responsible for meeting them. A missed payment can cause the Supplier to cancel your reservation and keep your deposit.
  • You agree not to dispute or charge back a payment you authorized in order to get around a Supplier's or our cancellation, change, or refund terms. This does not apply to genuine fraud. If you file such a dispute, you agree to repay any amounts reversed plus the fees and reasonable costs we incur to resolve it.

4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

  • Send any cancellation or change request to us in writing (email to leslie.wilfong@stealsdeal.com). It takes effect when we confirm we received it.
  • Supplier cancellation penalties apply. Depending on timing, you may lose your deposit or the full trip cost. Some bookings are non-refundable from the moment they are made.
  • If you change a confirmed booking, you pay any price increase and any Supplier change fee. Some bookings cannot be changed at all.
  • Refunds, when available, come from the Supplier under its own policy and timeline. Steal's Deals does not hold your travel funds and cannot refund money a Supplier has kept.
  • There is no refund for unused parts of a trip, such as a missed excursion or an unused park day.
  • If a Supplier cancels or changes your trip, we will help you understand your options and pursue any refund or credit the Supplier offers.

5. Travel documents and ID

  • Each traveler is responsible for having valid ID, passports, visas, and any other documents their trip requires. Check current rules at travel.state.gov and tsa.gov. Entry rules can change at any time.
  • For domestic flights, adults need a REAL ID-compliant license or another TSA-accepted ID.
  • Many countries require a passport valid for at least six months after your return date. Some "closed-loop" cruises accept a birth certificate and government photo ID, but a passport is strongly recommended in case you need to fly home from a foreign port.
  • Children may need their own documents. A child traveling with only one parent, or without either parent, may need a signed consent letter.
  • Tell us if any traveler holds a non-U.S. passport, since additional rules may apply.
  • Names and birth dates on your bookings must exactly match each traveler's ID. Review your confirmations as soon as you receive them and tell us about any error within 48 hours. We are not responsible for costs caused by errors you did not report in that window, or for denied boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents.

6. Health, safety, and activities

  • You are responsible for any vaccinations, health documents, and medical clearances your trip requires. Check cdc.gov/travel and talk to your doctor before booking. Pregnant travelers and infants may face cruise line age or pregnancy limits.
  • Booking a destination through us does not mean we guarantee it is safe. Review U.S. State Department advisories before you book and before you go. We recommend enrolling in the free STEP program for international trips.
  • Activities such as excursions, water sports, glacier and wildlife tours, fishing, and theme park rides carry risks of injury. You choose and take part in them at your own risk and agree to follow the operator's safety rules.
  • We are not responsible if a Supplier cannot meet dietary, medical, or accessibility needs. Tell us about these needs early so we can pass them on and help you choose suitable options.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. Without it, you may lose some or all of what you paid if you cancel, get sick, miss a connection, or need medical evacuation.

  • Insurance is optional and is never required to book with us. If you decline it, we may ask you to sign or confirm a written waiver.
  • Insurance is sold by the insurer, which alone decides what is covered and whether a claim is paid. We do not guarantee any claim outcome.
  • Steal's Deals is not a licensed insurance agent. We can share plan options, but questions about coverage, exclusions, and pre-existing conditions should go to the insurer.
  • Your health insurance may not cover you outside the U.S. or at sea.

8. Air travel and DOT disclosures

When we sell airfare, alone or as part of a package, we follow the U.S. Department of Transportation's consumer rules for ticket agents. Your ticket is still a contract between you and the airline, which controls schedules, seats, baggage rules, and refunds. DOT's Fly Rights guide explains your rights as a passenger.

  • Full price. Any airfare or air-inclusive package we quote or advertise shows the total price you will pay, including all government taxes and mandatory carrier charges. If we list taxes separately, the total is shown at least as prominently.
  • Operating airline. If a flight is sold under one airline's name but flown by another (a code-share or regional partner), we will tell you which airline actually operates it when we quote the flight, and we will show it on your itinerary and confirmation.
  • Bags and other airline fees. Many fares do not include carry-on or checked bags, seat selection, or changes and cancellations. We will share the airline's fees that apply to your itinerary before you buy, and they are also listed on the airline's website.
  • Price after purchase. Fares are not guaranteed until your ticket is paid for and issued. Once it is, the price cannot go up unless a government tax or fee increases and you were told about that possibility and agreed to it before purchase.
  • Insecticide notice. Some countries require airlines to treat the aircraft cabin with insecticide, in some cases while passengers are on board. This includes several Caribbean destinations. See DOT's current list of countries and methods.
  • Flights you book yourself. We cannot manage schedule changes or delays for flights we did not book, and we are not responsible if a flight problem causes you to miss a cruise or tour. For cruises, we recommend flying in at least one day before embarkation.
  • Loyalty, seats, and check-in. Points, upgrades, and seat assignments are up to the airline and are not guaranteed. Check in early and reconfirm flight times before you leave. A missed flight can cancel the rest of your ticketed trip.

9. Our responsibility and its limits

We are responsible for planning and booking your trip with reasonable care. We are not responsible for what Suppliers do or fail to do, because we do not control their operations.

  • Steal's Deals is not liable for injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, delay, or added expense caused by a Supplier or its staff. This includes service failures, itinerary or port changes, overbooking, policy changes, fuel surcharges, bankruptcy, financial default, or a Supplier going out of business.
  • Suppliers may change itineraries, ports, show schedules, or park hours at their discretion, often for weather or safety. We cannot reverse those changes.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the commission and fees we actually received for your booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples include hurricanes and other severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, war, terrorism, strikes, and widespread technology or communication outages.

When these events happen, Suppliers may change, postpone, or cancel your trip under their own policies. Any refund or future credit is up to the Supplier. We will make reasonable efforts to help you get what the Supplier offers. This is one of the main reasons we recommend travel insurance.

11. Prices, promotions, and errors

  • Prices and promotions are set by Suppliers and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid. They can change or sell out without notice.
  • If a quote or confirmation contains a pricing error or typo, we and the Supplier may correct it. For cruises, hotels, and other non-air travel, gratuities, resort fees, and optional add-ons may be extra unless the quote says they are included. Airfare quotes always include taxes (see Section 8).
  • Prices for international travel may change with currency exchange rates. Your bank's foreign transaction fees are your responsibility.
  • Gift cards, referral rewards, and other Steal's Deals promotions follow the rules we publish for each one and can be changed or ended at any time.

12. Traveler conduct

  • Suppliers can remove any traveler whose behavior endangers others, disrupts other guests, or breaks their rules. Removed travelers get no refund and pay their own costs to get home.
  • You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause, and for paying the Supplier for it directly.
  • Possessing illegal drugs, or carrying prescription medication without proper documentation where it is required, can lead to removal and arrest. You are responsible for knowing local laws.
  • Your luggage and belongings are your responsibility at all times.

13. Disputes and general terms

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving York County, South Carolina.
  • Any claim against Steal's Deals must be filed within one year after your trip ends (or would have ended).
  • Claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the invalid part is replaced by an enforceable one closest to its intent.
  • We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version at stealsdeal.com. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
  • These terms, together with the Supplier terms for your booking and any written proposal we send you, are the full agreement between you and Steal's Deals.
